Digital Product Refund Policy
All products sold on EbookDunia are digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds, returns, and exchanges are generally not available once a product has been delivered.
When a customer completes a purchase, the digital product is automatically made available for download or access. Since digital content cannot be returned after delivery, all sales are considered final.
However, customer satisfaction remains important to us. If you experience any technical issues such as:
- Download link not received
- Broken download link
- Corrupted file
- Product access failure due to system error
Our support team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to provide the purchased product despite reasonable efforts, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Purchasing by mistake
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to read the product description
- Personal expectations not being met
- Downloaded or accessed products

EbookDunia-তে বিক্রিত সকল পণ্য ডিজিটাল। ডিজিটাল পণ্যের প্রকৃতির কারণে একবার পণ্য ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে সাধারণত কোনো রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রদান করা হয় না।
যখন কোনো গ্রাহক সফলভাবে পণ্য ক্রয় করেন, তখন স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ডাউনলোড বা অ্যাক্সেস সুবিধা প্রদান করা হয়। যেহেতু ডিজিটাল কনটেন্ট ফেরত নেওয়া সম্ভব নয়, তাই সকল বিক্রয় চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য করা হয়।
তবে আমরা গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিই। যদি কোনো কারণে—
- ডাউনলোড লিংক না পান
- লিংক কাজ না করে
- ফাইল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়
- সিস্টেমগত ত্রুটির কারণে অ্যাক্সেস না পান
তাহলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম দ্রুত সমস্যার সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করবে।
যদি আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ প্রচেষ্টার পরও পণ্য সরবরাহ করা সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করা হতে পারে।
